Sorrento is the perfect place to study the delicious cuisine of the region! Spend two half-days in hands-on classes learning how to cook authentic Italian food and pizza that is out of this world! Charlie, the wine man, will explain all the phases of his wine production as you fill jars with wine to take with you! At the end your lesson, you will enjoy a beautiful meal of your own cooking by the pool or in a nice winter garden by a warm fire. The pizza making class lets you in on the secrets of creating an authentic and unique pizza, including preparing the pizza dough and layering the pie with toppings.
